The Torah does not discourage second marriages. In fact, Jewish law actively encourages widows and widowers to remarry. A Jewish second marriage ceremony is essentially identical to a first marriage. The same elements are present: the chuppah, the kiddushin, the ketubah, the sheva brachot. There is no diminished version of a Jewish wedding for second marriages.
Some couples choose to personalize the ceremony to acknowledge their life experience. A rabbi might include a prayer of remembrance for a late spouse. The ketubah text might be adapted for a second marriage (different versions exist). The sheva brachot might be recited by adult children of both partners.
